From Palermo to Morgan Hill
For Chef Salvatore, known as Totò, the story begins in Palermo. He brought his love of Sicilian cooking to California, with a dream of opening a place of his own.
1990–2002

2003–Today
That dream became Sicilia in Bocca in Morgan Hill. Since opening in 2003, Totò has shared the recipes and hospitality of his native Sicily. More than twenty years later, he still leads the kitchen.
